Interview with bm666
Time to get to know a bit more about bm666. You've seen the work, let's hear a little something about the person.Give us a short introduction about you.
My name is Nicklas Forsberg, i was born august 1981 in Gothenburg, SWEDEN.
In school i studied media, graphic design, photo, movie and such, but i where more there
as a teacher than a student
2000 i run it fulltime. I recently opened an office where i work from instead from home.
I currently do most of EA Games print-designs for their games that goes all swedish stores.
2005 i did about work for about 20 games and about 100 designs. Like dummyboxes,
vepa, a2 posters, standees and alot more.
2002 i also started together with some other people a local gym called Corpus Träningscenter,
today we have about 600 active members, and about 150 visitors each day. This is excellent
and i love to work-out. =)
What is that common every day thing that can really make your day?
To body-build and work-out at my gym, realy makes me relax from my often work-busy day.
Is there a typical topic, story or concept that fuels your creations? Where does that fascination come from?
I don't read much books like fantasy and such, i'm more into factbooks and humandevelopment
such as psycholigy, mind and bodylanguage. I think i find most of my creativity from life, the sky,
other inspirational artists and my own mind.
Are you part of a collective or group? Would you recommend it to others and why?
When i started i mostly did Photomanipulations, and i was also into the HPC scene so
i joined C.i.A (Crackers In Action) and made a couple of splashscreens for tKC tutorials.
I have also been active in the artgroup EQATE (made the webdesign) and submitted
some art to our artpacks... The group is sadly not active anymore.
Visual artists and music is like cookies and milk, does music do anything for you?
Love music, love all music and listen constantly...
Currently: Slipknot, Soilworks, Coldplay, Placebo, David Bowie, U2...
Which artists really influence you?
Craig Mullins
and alot alot of digital artists everywhere, i have an archive of artwork that inspire me...
alot of different techniques and ideas are gathered there from hundreds different artists.
